Lori Priller

Founder & Principal | Enterprise AI Transformation Strategist

Lori Priller is an enterprise transformation leader who helps executives move AI from isolated experimentation to measurable, responsibly governed business capability. With more than 30 years of experience leading organizational, Lean-Agile, product, and portfolio transformation, she brings an operator's perspective to the strategic and organizational decisions required to become AI-Native. Lori's work connects AI strategy with governance, investment priorities, product operating models, workforce readiness, and execution. She has led Lean Portfolio Management and enterprise transformation within Fortune 500 environments and advised leaders navigating complex changes involving funding, decision rights, operating structures, technology, and people.

A published contributor to the Scaled Agile Framework and Certified AI-Native Trainer, Certified AI-Empowered ASPC, Certified AI-Native Change Agent, and Certified AI-Native Foundations Professional, Lori has trained more than 2,000 leaders and practitioners across more than 150 courses, with transformation and portfolio experience spanning pharmaceutical, automotive, financial-services, and technology environments, including Eli Lilly. She equips leadership teams to establish practical AI roadmaps, responsible governance, and lasting internal capability, ensuring AI investments are aligned with business value, supported by the workforce, and structured to scale responsibly.

Partner & Strategic Advisor | AI Governance, Cybersecurity & Compliance

Derek advises the firm on AI governance, cybersecurity, and public-sector modernization. He spent more than 30 years in federal cybersecurity and law enforcement, including service as Technical Program Manager and later Deputy Director for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's HART biometric identity program — a national-scale system operating under continuous congressional oversight — bringing AI risk and cyber rigor to the firm's engagements.

He is the author of The Defensible AI Program and The AI-Powered Defender, a Certified AI-Native Foundations Professional and Certified AI-Native Change Agent, and holds the EC-Council Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO) credential and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Liberty University.
